Penta Hospitals International is the largest international network of hospitals and clinics in Central and Eastern Europe. The group includes 34 hospitals and 31 outpatient clinics, as well as 26 long-term care facilities in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia.

Our task was to create a functional and modern website for patients—one that simplifies navigation and makes key information easily accessible, so users can quickly find what they need without getting lost. From a UX perspective, we relied on analytical data to redesign the entire flow based on patient needs.

This new design is more than just a visual upgrade—it’s a modern, and above all, highly functional website. It’s built with the latest technologies, integrated with SAP, an HR zone, and a client zone. It’s fully editable, allowing flexible creation of subpages using modular elements, giving the client better tools for both day-to-day use and campaign-specific pages.
